E Support
Taking on a compliance consultant doesn’t have to be an expensive exercise. You can retain the support of the GI Consultant for a small monthly charge and gain the following advantages:

Our basic support package is just that, you can take other services as and when needed or you can do the work yourself. Either way you will be showing a commitment to the principles of FSA and gaining an independent voice in your business.
Compliance Audit
A GI Compliance Audit shows you where you are compliant and where you have areas which you need to improve.
This is a bespoke audit, specifically for YOUR business, unlike many generic plans offered by other service providers.
Your audit will provide you with:-
• Evidence of compliant practice
• Useful suggestions for greater efficiency
• Templates – to save you time and money.
• Clear and specific action plan to bring deficient areas up to speed.
GI recommend this service for all brokers without a compliance support package. Your audit fee is a one off investment and ongoing support or one off additional assistance can be arranged as required.
Compliance Action
Let GI take the hassle out of your compliance implementation. We will come in and action your “To Do List” allowing you and your people to continue your principal activities with minimal interruption and thus save valuable time.
Our role is to make sure that the necessary actions are completed, systems are in place and that staff understand how to use them.
If you already pay for compliance support as part of a network or outsourcing contract, this service is ideal. You will have peace of mind knowing that GI will establish that this work is getting done quickly and efficiently to ensure that you are being completely compliant.
FSA Application
Getting directly authorised has its rewards, but taking the first steps can be daunting. There is a list of documentation that you have to submit with your application and yet another list of items which must be in place. GI can check and provide the basis for all of these systems. GI will then process your application for you dealing directly with the FSA and taking you through the process with minimal involvement by you. This will leave you to plan your business strategy and prepare for success without being sidetracked by compliance detail.
TCF Solutions
Gathering the necessary management information for proof of the six outcomes required by the FSA can be costly and time-consuming. You will be surprised, however, at some of the benefits that can be derived from GI data-gathering solutions.
